Zoomtipia 2026 — Synthflow AI has made its voice agents available through the Zoom App Marketplace for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center. The announcement includes a deployment at Batteries Plus, which is leveraging the technology across more than 700 U.S. locations.

The retailer uses the AI agents on Zoom Phone to handle routine customer calls. When a request requires human attention, the system can transfer the call to an employee along with the transcript and actions already taken. That gives store associates context without requiring customers to repeat information.

Synthflow says its agents respond in under half a second and can resolve routine requests without human intervention. The platform also connects with customer relationship management (CRM) and ticketing systems to retrieve information relevant to customer interactions.

Zoom’s CX ecosystem team said the integration gives businesses another way to introduce AI into contact center workflows while maintaining context and control as calls move between automated agents and employees.

The launch comes as businesses look for evidence that AI deployments can deliver practical results. Deloitte research on agentic AI readiness found that just 15% of surveyed organizations had scaled orchestrated, multi-agent adoption, while only 5% said their business processes were highly prepared for AI agents.

The companies have not disclosed how many calls the agents handle, how often they resolve requests without human assistance, or whether the deployment has reduced costs or improved customer service.
