Product Overview
Phone Switch Support
Supports most industry standard SIP-enabled phone switches, including Avaya, Broadsoft, Cisco, Nortel, Ribbon, Metaswitch, NEC, and Asterisk switches. While it can be fully integrated with the T-Metrics Contact Center, it can also be used (with full functionality) as a standalone module.
Outlook Contacts / Active Directory
Integrates directly with Microsoft Outlook and Active Directory to import all contacts/users and their information into the display.
Call & Screen Recording
Supports the recording of incoming and outgoing phone calls made via the application. It is capable of recording just the call audio or the call audio and the PC screen via the optional capture module licensing. Interactions are recorded seamlessly, working in the background, without any additional action needed on part of the agent, and uploaded to a directory of their choosing.
PCI-Compliant Payment Processing
T-Metrics SIP-Based PCI Payment Processing Module allows agents to accept and process credit card payments over the phone while still having their calls and/or screens recorded all while maintaining PCI Compliance. Unlike other recording solutions with costly switch side servers, multiple points of PCI vulnerability, and the inability to work in IP/SIP environments, the T-Metrics solution can record the phone call and screens at the agent desktop.
Accessibility Tools
To meet Section 508 compliance requirements and to assist users with visual impairments, the T-Metrics SIP Softphone has added features that allow users requiring extra accessibility needs to use the softphone.
